Rockin' Out
Just bought Rock Band (www.rockband.com) for the 360 over the weekend. I seriously recommend anyone who loves rock music and can afford it (it's very pricey but very worth it) to go pick it up. It is so much fucking fun it's ridiculous.
The solo career plays pretty much like Guitar Hero where you pretty much just play a setlist of songs but the real fun is absolutely in multiplayer, forming a band and going on tour. The gameplay in multiplayer is set up so that playing through the band world tour makes it feel like you're in an actual band. Not to mention the songs are all fucking awesome.
My sisters and I had an absolute blast playing it throughout the night. My youngest sister owns Guitar Hero (which I've also played before) so she and I tried the instruments however she found the drums extremely difficult so I played on the drums (which I found much more fun anyways) and she stuck to guitar which she is insanely good at anyways. My other sister never really cared for the game but when she found out you can also sing she did not hesitate picking up the mic.
I found it absolutely hilarious that my sisters spent half the time constantly changing outfits for their characters. (Women. Go fig.)
Oh and our band name btw is called Mom's Basement. :P
